Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Project Red String handles subscription cancellations and refund requests.
1.Current availability
Standard membership remains free. Inner Circle is an optional subscription at $6.99 USD per month. Paid enrollment is open. Inner Circle is billed monthly only, with no annual plan. Choosing Standard membership does not require a paid subscription.
2.Subscription renewal
Inner Circle subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe checkout discloses the subscription price, recurring billing terms, and renewal schedule before you subscribe. Complimentary access granted by Project Red String never converts automatically to a paid subscription.
3.Cancellation
Members can cancel future renewals through Manage billing or contact us for cancellation assistance. Cancellation prevents subsequent subscription charges, but does not automatically reverse a payment already processed. Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout or required by law, paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
4.Refund requests
Members may request a refund for an incorrect charge, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or another billing problem by contacting projectredstring1124@gmail.com. We will review the circumstances and applicable law. Subscription fees generally will not be refunded solely because a member did not use the service or changed their mind, except where required by law or otherwise stated at checkout. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
5.How to contact us
For cancellation assistance or a refund review, email projectredstring1124@gmail.com with the email associated with your account, the charge date, amount, and a brief explanation. Please do not email complete card numbers or passwords. We will review the request and respond through our support channel.
6.Charge disputes and legal rights
You may have rights under applicable consumer-protection laws or through your card issuer. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. For suspected unauthorized charges, contact us promptly and consider contacting your payment provider.
